Survey: AI 2020 – The next driver for an empowered CX

The customer experience industry is filled with the chatter of artificial intelligence (AI), chatbots and other elements of the intelligent enterprise (IE); the suite of novel technologies that are changing how companies operate internally and externally which also includes the internet of things (IoT), robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning and predictive analytics.

But while many organisations are talking about these industry buzzwords and how they can be the next driver of an empowered customer experience, there is little insight available on where organisations are on their journey to AI/IE success, the biggest challenges, investment areas, and more.

At CX Network we're currently doing research into this and we'd like your help. Please take 5-10 minutes out of your day to fill in our survey, which will form the basis of an in-depth industry report into the topic.
