Andrew Carothers

 

Andrew Carothers, CCXP, is an award-winning senior customer experience (CX) innovator who helps companies build and scale organizations that increase customer adoption and retention, improve renewal rates, and drive growth through digital engagement.

A Cisco leader for more than 16 years, he has worked in the trenches since the beginnings of the CX discipline, including during the formative years of Cisco's Customer Success organization.

Andrew is frequently asked to speak about key topics impacting CX success at scale, such as digital, AI, and partner-inclusive CX strategies. He is CCXP certified, is a founding member of the US Customer Experience Award Steering Committee and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
