Sundar Raghavan is the Vice President of Products for the Dynamics 365 Customer Care Applications and the Microsoft Digital Contact Center Platform. He leads the product team responsible for the overall product vision, product strategy, customer and partner engagements, solution roadmap, pricing and packaging, and growth and adoption initiatives for those solutions. He works closely with strategic customers and partners to understand their critical needs and deliver product on-ramps that enable Digital Transformation journeys for customers of all sizes. He is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience in delivering and running mission critical business apps, hyper scale distributed systems, and Data/Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence engines that power the experiences for billions of users and millions of businesses. Prior to Microsoft, he led engineering and product teams at Facebook, Amazon, Google and start-ups like Postini, TradingDynamics, and Arbor Software.

Kevin Hollland
Director, CE & Strategy

Kevin has a diverse background in the Microsoft Business Applications space, with over 15 years of Dynamics CE/CRM solutions experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. His CRM career began with Microsoft CRM 3.0 deployments and transitioned over time to multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in the Dynamics world, for large Fortune 500 accounts in Financial Services, Healthcare and Manufacturing.

In the role of Director, Client Experience, Kevin is responsible for owning customer satisfaction and client success for Dynamics implementations, focusing on delivery excellence, solution excellence and user adoption.
