As Vice President for Dynamics 365 Client Engagement, Greg is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and go-to-market for Argano’s client engagement solutions. He brings over 22 years of delivering customer experience transformative programs and has been involved in the some of the largest CRM deployments globally. He has spent his career building customer experience practices, which have won multiple awards for CRM, customer service, financial services, and user adoption. Greg has worked for various organizations, including Avanade, Accenture, HCL, PowerObjects, Hitachi among others, working in a team environment focused on optimizing, creating, and being part of high-performing teams. Greg is a team-oriented leader, who is passionate about delivering balance through people, process, technology, and data to drive business outcomes.
Jon Rastia brings 20+ years of designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, coupled with a record of outstanding leadership and success resulting in reduced costs, increased efficiencies, and improved ROI. Jon brings a deep knowledge of successfully applying CE in several industries; his experience includes the public sector, retail and financial services. As a former Chief Information Officer, he has provided technology vision and leadership developing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise information systems supporting distributed and centralized business operations. His efforts leading teams have achieved more effective and cost-beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations.
