Speaker
Dr. Ingo Hofacker has been part of the leadership team at movingimage since 2020. As CEO, he is responsible for strategy as well as the areas of product and technology. Additionally, he leads the finance, legal, and HR departments, and manages investor relations. He brings his extensive strategic and operational experience and expertise in digitalization and transformation to the company.
Before joining movingimage, Ingo gained over 20 years of experience in leading consulting and technology companies. From 2007 to 2019, he held various market, product, and innovation-related leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom, most recently overseeing the cross-company development of the group's IoT business in the B2B sector. He gained his comprehensive strategic experience through many years of work in top management consulting at Bain & Company, among others.
Ingo holds a Master of Economics and a PhD from the University of Konstanz. In his academic work in the late 1990s, he used artificial neural networks for quantitative forecasting of economic developments. In addition to his role at movingimage, he is an investor and advisory board member for three startups in the software sector.
