These are just some of the questions we're asking our network members in order to establish the Global State of CX in 2025. But we need your help!
We are asking the CX practitioners in our network to tell us about the trends, challenges and opportunities that exist right now in CX. This year's research has 33 questions across six topics and takes around 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is open now until the end of December and the results will be published in March 2025, alongside insights and analysis from senior-level practitioners in key industries.
