With over 12 years of experience in the private education sector, Julia plays a key role in student recruitment, regional expansion, and liaising with university partners on new programme offerings.

Julia has helped developed a regional platform for PSB Academy, setting up in-country support teams in key markets to better understand the particular needs of international students. She has consistently delivered high double-digit growth in local and international student enrollment at PSB Academy.

Julia completed her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Wales and Master of Arts in Educational Management with the National Institute of Education at Nanyang Technological University.
