Ed Hurst

Ed has over 20 years’ direct experience in the field of employee research and organizational development. Before joining Glint, Ed was at IBM/Kenexa, SHL and Saville Consulting in both the UK and Australia, taking responsibility for clients, consulting and operations on a large scale.

As an Occupational Psychologist, Ed has consulted to some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations, across multiple sectors and markets. He combines deep expertise in the field with wide-ranging experience of advising senior business leaders – in a way that is both strategic and highly practical. He has worked with clients on all populated continents of the world.

Ed specializes in the design and implementation of survey programs that measure real business priorities and tangibly deliver business outcomes. His approach concentrates on uncovering the ways in which performance depends on the talents and passions of people – and implementing solutions that transform success. He believes that OD and people solutions should be relevant and accessible to senior leadership, managers and employees alike, maximizing the probability that insights will translate into meaningful action.

Ed grew up in the UK and is also an Australian citizen. He received his first degree from the University of Glasgow. He received his Masters from the University of Nottingham, and has been based in London/Sydney since then.
