Britta Heissenberger is the Head of HR of IBM Global Business Services’ largest growth platform across Europe. Passionate about implementing a smarter and inclusive workforce strategy, establishing new agile ways of working and leveraging the opportunities of cognitive technology to enable an outstanding employee experience, she is eager to create an inspiring work environment that is meant to best develop talent and drive business success. Having held various positions in the area of strategy & transformation consulting, business development and HR together with her previous experience in setting up & leading an IBM-owned, fast-growing company network across Europe, Britta combines practical, business-oriented thinking with a people-centric mindset that enables both, organizational growth and personalized employee development.
