Andy is an occupational psychologist by training and has worked across talent management, talent acquisition and organisational development over three continents. He has worked across a variety of industries including Defence, telco, technology, aviation, and now with adidas. Andy has enjoyed the experience working for some large global brands such as IBM, Emirates Airline & adidas, but also across smaller organisations as a consultant. This journey has led to a breadth of learnings focused on building a performance culture, leadership capabilities, engaging employees at all levels, and internal and external talent pipelines.
