During Adie Luff's professional journey over the past 15 years, he has honed his approach to Learning and Development and the construction of world-class Customer Experience (CX) drivers. Adie has focused on delivering high-quality, customized initiatives that enhance both experience and output. For the last 5 years, he has reported directly to the CEO and has used evidence-based programs to create substantial improvements across the TONI&GUY organization.

Adie is passionate about CX and people development programs that drive performance through learning. He is adept in mobile learning authoring and LXP management, with experience in identifying and collaborating closely with external stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that increase employee engagement and customer advocacy. Adie is a powerful presenter and orator, with the ability to lead a large team of trainers and other staff through active participation in training programs.
