Thomas Stack is Head of Customer Experience at Albatros Travel and is responsible for all customer interactions at Albatros Travel. The Customer Experience Team at Albatros covers everything from Customer Service, Tour Operation and Quality departments. Thomas has worked with Customer Service and Customer Experience his whole career and has helped build several Customer Experience consultant firms before arriving at Albatros Travel 5 years ago. Thomas has spoken on Customer Experience all over Scandinavia and been responsible for implementing Customer Experience strategies and change programmes at some of Scandinavia's biggest companies. Thomas has a CBA from AVT and currently lives in the south of Sweden.
