Minna Makki is CX driven business leader with a broad background from business leadership, producing and selling software, healthtech and digital service innovations. She is passionate to help companies build special bond with their customers and build new sustainable business. She currently works as Customer Experience Lead at medical device manufacturer Etsimo Healthcare that offers channel agnostic AI/ML platform for delivering data driven healthcare.

Prior to Etsimo, at Pedab Minna lead an organisation supporting digital solution providers relating to business opportunities enabled by IBM technology. She possesses extensive experience of complex consultative sales towards quality conscious customers in multiple industries covering digital map content enabled mobile services, smartphone creation and secure mobile payments.

Minna is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and active member at Customer Experience Association in Finland since 2015.
