Mark is a member of the Qualtrics Solutions Strategy team and has over 40 years commercial & operational experience, with the most recent 8 years being responsible for CX/XM programme design and delivery in Europe and the Middle East. He is responsible for supporting the Qualtrics customers across the Nordics, UK and Benelux to design CX transformation programmes using CustomerXM.
