Jeff joined PT Bank DBS Indonesia (DBSI) in October 2017 as Head of Customer Experience in Consumer Banking (CBG) department. Brought over 13 years of experience in market research and customer experience field, Jeff is the core team at DBSI who is responsible to gather consumer insight, design, and manage the customer journeys across CBG’s units.

He began his career path as a lecturer for 2 years and moved to Nielsen Company in 2007 where he started his market research career, handling different types of projects across industries from FMCG, telco, retail, automobile, and pharmaceutical. Along his career, he has been exposed working both in client and consultancy side, including: XL Axiata and IMS Health. Prior to joining DBSI, he was heading & the pioneer of Customer Experience unit at AXA Indonesia.

Born in 1983 Jeff received bachelor degree of Marketing from Universitas Pelita Harapan. During spare time, he enjoys travelling and LEGO.
