Preethi leads Solution Engineering for the APAC MEA region at Freshworks. She is an enterprise customer experience manager with fourteen years’ experience helping public and private sector clients in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, India and Japan.
She has taken up both new business and account management roles and has over ten years’ experience helping implement customer communications and experience projects and helping plan long-term strategies. Her philosophy is to be the voice of the customer for all stakeholders. She puts the customer at the centre of the problem to drive the best customer experience.
