Agile & results driven, Jazlan Azizy has held various portfolios across multiple businesses and corporate functions within Telekom Malaysia. With 17 years of experience raging from project management, lean transformation, customer experience architecture & transformation office of Group COO, he currently heads Business Services (Malaysia), the business process outsourcing arm of TM ONE.
Jazlan has successfully implemented various digital adaptation strategies to drive and facilitate direct and indirect Go-to-Market and Customer Experience initiatives covering B2C, B2B and B2B2X spectrum.
Being a certified Professional Scrum Master II, he has also spearheaded Agile adaptation in various business units within TM Group to improving organisational productivity that fosters a lean operations synergy in facilitating lasting and positive change.
Being a strong believer of customer experience and in providing substance on all offerings, he has re-engineered Business Services Malaysia’s service portfolios to a dynamic KPO to meet specialised customer demand by bringing together People, Process and Technologies for “ONE Stop” Next Generation Customer Experience Management.
