Godfrey is currently the Assistant Vice President - Head of Customer Experience of Petnet, Inc. As a CX Champion, his focus is on CX Strategy, Customer Processes, Engagement and Loyalty, Customer Analytics, Customer Service, and variou transformation projects. Likewise, his experience spans across other disciplines such as Brand and Service Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Management in different sectors such as Telecommunications, FSO, FMCG, Retail, and Real Estate.

He is also a trained Design Thinking practitioner, incorporating various methodologies to assess complex problems and recommend a combination of human-centered and customer-led solutions with the use of Agile in transforming the customer experience of several companies.
