Ellen
started exploring chatbots and artificial intelligence three years ago, using
IBM Watson. Since then, she has worked with specialists to build out orchestration
layers for multi-channel and multi-input chatbots with business logic, built up
a hugely successful customer service chatbot with the Institute of Chartered
Accountants, and is now working with Versus Arthritis to evolve their AI
programme and strategy.
