Korby Miller, MS I/O Psy, CPXP, CPHQ, CPPS, is a health care executive with a seasoned history of progressive leadership at some of the largest health systems in the nation.

Formerly the Vice President of Experience, Safety and Quality Operations at Prisma Health and System Director of Patient Experience for Intermountain Health, she authored, co-authored and implemented patient experience and clinical holistic tech enabled learning and improvement operating systems at scale that have led to industry-leading improvements and sustained outcomes across the continuum of care. Results include remarkable outcomes in patient experience, safety, quality and cost, while also improving team member engagement and market share-preference.

Korby has an extensive coaching and performance improvement background influencing work design using human factors in the continual redesign of workflows. She has authored work on provider-nurse rounding practices and their impact on safety and experience outcomes and is a speaker, advisor, and thought leader in experience and clinical transformation.
