Keri Hackendahl is the System Vice President of Ambulatory Care Operations for Commonspirit Health Patient Experience. She provides leadership and strategic direction for ambulatory patient experience, including over 5000 care providers and 1500+ care sites. Keri leads and establishes patient experience goal development and is responsible for the development and implementation of key strategic and operational initiatives to facilitate optimal care delivery and goal achievement. Keri facilitates operational governance and decision making for ambulatory patient experience and is the business owner for the Medical Practice and Virtual Care Patient Experience Single Source of Truth Analytic Reporting. Keri leads the Comment Transparency initiative where she partners with Digital and Operational leaders to populate the Find a Doctor web pages with star ratings and reviews for over 3500 care providers across the enterprise. Keri has worked in patient experience for over 20 years and has received the following education degree(s) B.S.
