CX Capabilities within the Metaverse - CraveFX
Modernising your CX environment can be challenging when you are faced with choices around delivering on your day-to-day commitments while attempting to assemble creative elements to deliver your requirements.
In fact, current engines within the web already possess capabilities that allows organizations to build up interactive elements with their clients. Such engines have moved outside the video gaming industry and is already beginning to enter industries such as film, automotive, architecture, engineering, e-commerce & retail.
CraveFX, Animation & Motion Graphics Studio and exhibitor of The Customer Show Asia is an example of such organization which has the capability to empower CX through interactive elements.
One of their latest projects, Send A Snowglobe, bridges the gap between users and the world of virtual reality by allowing users to create and send their own custom, fully animated 3D snowglobe greetings to one another. Having the ability to interact within virtual reality platforms unveils the uncertain, and creates endless possibilities for businesses as it opens a new world of interaction where users can redefine experiences within the Customer Journey.

Here's another of their many projects, The 6 Golden Rules of Museum Etiquette done for Ministry of Education, Singapore. This is yet another example of what interactive elements can achieve in the education realm.
"Do children misbehave in museums? Not after going through our interactive video (we hope). MOE approached us to do up a 5-minute piece on museum do’s and don’ts. The result? A nation of reformed primary school kids." - CraveFX Team
