Say hi to Tim Maillet!
Tim is an enthusiastic and strategic leader who embraces the diversity in experience and ideas of his teams in finding creative, yet rigorous, methods to achieving business objectives. Having started his education career in student recruitment and marketing more than 15 years ago, Tim has had the opportunity to engage with students at every step of their relationship with higher education, as a prospective student, current student, alumni and industry partner. He enjoys pushing the boundaries of the status quo and is most passionate about building teams who embrace the brand to achieve business outcomes… and in turn, create influential and enthusiastic advocates. Tim’s forte is delivering results and solving problems with authenticity – his approach has been described as “results oriented with a genuine passion for people”. Above all, Tim is known for creating strong morale and believes in sharing success within teams (and having some fun) along the way.

Tim: I am really excited to attend CEM this year because Customer Experience is fun – there are so many great ideas out there and cool ways to deliver a unique experience to your customers.
