With more than 20 years of experience driving product and service excellence within the mobile space, Andrea Goodwin is currently responsible for managing the service innovation pipeline within OnePIN. Her strategic product vision, ability to execute, and focus on service culture have propelled OnePIN into a leadership position globally in the User Engagement Platform space. Her experience has been instrumental in driving OnePIN’s success with more than 500 million mobile subscribers utilizing OnePIN’s digital solutions in 16 countries. Under her direction, OnePIN’s innovations have been recognized by intellectual property offices globally and are currently protected by more than 30 worldwide patents. Andrea holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
