This year's edition of the awards was truly remarkable, with an impressive response of over 300 submissions across 12 categories. We were blown away by the exceptional quality and innovation showcased by our participants.

As we look towards the next edition of the CX Asia Excellence Awards, we are filled with anticipation and excitement for the extraordinary accomplishments that will be showcased.
All applications are judged by leading practitioners who have been selected for their experience across multiple industries and are exemplary members of the services delivery community. Winners are selected through a unanimous agreement between the judges – and since SSON and its vendor partners have no influence on decisions, winning an award is a genuine honour and nod to the team’s hard work.
The cut-off date for shortlisted accounts to purchase a ticket and send a representative is 4 weeks before the event. In the event the award winner is not attending the networking dinner by the cut-off date, the winner will be disqualified and the next in next in line will be awarded.
Please note that organisations that are shortlisted/nominated does not guarantee winning the award. As a shortlisted company, a representative from your organization will need to be present (paid ticketed access) to win and receive any awards. Winners will only be announced at the event.
