Head of Education Ecosystem Telkom Indonesia

Currently Head of Digital Education Ecosystem at Telkom Indonesia, the largest telco with over 200 Million subscribers base. Safitri is a leadership expert who delivers high-energy presentations that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most at work and in life. She spoke in many international forums including Telco AI Summit Europe in London, TM Forum Digital Transformation World in France, Digital World Summit in Singapore, and other international forums and summits in Germany, Australia, Brunei, Thailand, and Malaysia. Beginning her career as a country Manager of Infonet Services Corporation, Safitri’s portfolio included as a Project Director under Chief Innovation Strategic Portfolio Office where she developed strategic partnership with Australia telco, Chief Marketing Officer of Telkomtelstra (a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia and also a joint venture company of Telkom Indonesia and Telstra Australia) and Project Director Customer Experience Transformation. Safitri is also the first woman to lead as the President of FAST (Forum Alumni Universitas Telkom).

She is also the co founder of Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF) and Indonesia Blockchain Society (IBS). She also serves as Indonesia Councillor of ASEAN CIO Association (ACIOA). She has been awarded a number of prizes and honours such as Global Australian Gamechanger 2023, Global CX Leader of the Year 2021, the Top 50 Global CX Leaders 2020, a Regional Executive Leadership Award in 2018, Women Leadership Award in 2017, and Most Influential Brand Leaders Award in 2016. When not speaking or training, Safitri can be found cycling with her most iconic folding bike. She also considers herself a slow runner.
