With 20 years of experience in digital marketing, customer insight and strategic planning, Ju Han is the Chief Marketing Officer for GXS Bank (GXS), Singapore’s first digital-only bank for both consumers and businesses with a mission to make banking better for them. Prior to this, he spent 6 years in the financial industry as Head of Engagement for a brand new digital bank across SE Asia, where he focused on refining scalable, repeatable and comparable tests and campaigns to drive customer engagement & loyalty. Prior to this, Ju Han juggled between selling burgers, ice cream and promoting healthy and active living as a strategic planner for multinational brands like Unilever, McDonald’s, and Singapore’s Health Promotion Board. Ju Han holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics & Communications from the University of Leeds and a post-graduate diploma in Leadership from Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan.
