The ever-competitive CX Asia Excellence Awards 2023 received over 300 submissions across 12 categories last year, giving our esteemed panel of judges a difficult time in evaluating all the competitive submissions and strategies! Close to 200 CX leaders joined for a night of fun, networking and celebrations, as we announced the winners of the 2023 Awards.
Q: HOW MANY APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED BY ONE ORGANISATION? A: You can send 1 application for each category, and a maximum 12 applications for all 12 categories. The applications for each category will be reviewed independently by our panel of judges

Q: AM I ABLE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION IF MY COMPANY IS A SOLUTION/TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER AND NOT A CX PRACTITIONER A: Solution/technology/vendors are only allowed to submit their application(s) under the following conditions, where the application(s) is/are focused on how the specific technology/tool was leveraged to drive CX excellence and transformation:
1. Application(s) are submitted on behalf of their client
2. Application(s) are submitted in partnership with / together with their client
Solution/technology/vendors are not allowed to submit any application(s) as a standalone entity, and such entries will automatically be disqualified.
Q: DO WE NEED TO SUBMIT ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS? A: All applications are via an online portal. You may submit supporting documents (graphs, charts, illustrations, videos** etc) or supporting images (photos, articles etc.) along with the application form. **For videos, you may upload them into any videosharing websites – e.g. Youtube. Set the privacy setting to “Unlisted” so that the video is accessible to only those with the link. Include the direct link in your entry submission document. If you password-protect it, do include the access password in your document. We encourage applications that demonstrate “excellence achieved” – i.e. measurable, tangible and verifiable results that reflects the success of your CX strategy.
Q: IS THERE ANY COST INVOLVED FOR AWARDS SUBMISSION? A: There is no cost, or prerequisite requirements to submit an application for the awards. All companies (regardless of maturity stages) who aspire to excel in their CX journey are encouraged to participate. There is only a fee involved if you would like to join us at the CX Asia Excellence Awards Dinner on 20 November 2024.
Q: WILL I RECEIVE ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF WINNING AN AWARD BEFORE DECIDING WHETHER TO ATTEND THE CX ASIA EXCELLENCE AWARDS DINNER? A: No, advance notifications won't be provided. Winners will ONLY be announced exclusively at the CX Asia Excellence Awards Dinner on 20 November 2024. A representative must be present for eligibility. Although being shortlisted is an achievement, it doesn't guarantee winning. Attending enhances your chances and aligns with the event's focus on networking.
Q: DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE CX ASIA EXCELLENCE AWARDS DINNER IF MY COMPANY IS SHORTLISTED, AND IS THERE A COST INVOLVED? A: Yes, attendance is mandatory for shortlisted companies. Please see here for pricing details. To be eligible, your presence is compulsory, and it provides an opportunity to celebrate, network, and contribute to the community atmosphere of the event.
