Q: HOW MANY APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED BY ONE ORGANISATION?
A: You can send 1 application for each category, and a maximum 12 applications for all 12 categories.
The applications for each category will be reviewed independently by our panel of judges.
Q: IS THERE ANY COST INVOLVED FOR AWARDS SUBMISSION?
A: There is no cost, or prerequisite requirements to apply for the awards.
Q: IF I HAVE BEEN SHORTLISTED FOR AN AWARD, CAN I GET A FREE PASS TO CX ASIA WEEK 2025?
A: CX Asia Week is a premium ticketed conference, and you will need to purchase a separate delegate pass to gain access to the conference. This is regardless of your shortlist status. Click here for more information on the pricing.

Q: I WANT TO KNOW IF I WILL WIN BEFORE I DECIDE IF I WANT TO ATTEND. CAN YOU LET ME KNOW? DO I HAVE TO BE THERE?
A: All winners will ONLY be announced at the ceremony on 18 June 2025. In line with our focus on networking and community building, we require a representative from your organization to be physically present at the CX Asia Excellence Awards to be eligible to win and receive any awards. Please be aware that being shortlisted does not guarantee winning the award; however, your chances of winning are contingent upon having a representative present at the event.
Q: WHO DECIDED ON THE SHORTLISTED FINALISTS?
A: Our esteemed panel of judges are all leaders in the CX industry across the region, and each category has a minimum of 2 judges to ensure fairness. Judges for the respective categories are also carefully selected to ensure that their organisations have not submitted for that category. All submissions have been evaluated carefully by our judges and the CX Network Asia team shortlisted the top submissions using an average of the scores. CX Network Asia has no affiliations with any of the submissions and has taken a completely neutral stand in shortlisting purely on the judges’ scores.
Q: HOW MANY WINNERS WILL THERE BE? HOW DO YOU DECIDE HOW MANY SHORTLISTED ORGANISATIONS THERE ARE PER CATEGORY?
A: For each category, we will be selecting the Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners. This will also be followed by Honourary Mention winners. All categories are highly competitive and if the scores were very close together – the number of shortlisted organisations were then decided accordingly.
Q: DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE CX ASIA EXCELLENCE AWARDS DINNER IF MY COMPANY IS SHORTLISTED, AND IS THERE A COST INVOLVED?
A: Yes, attendance is mandatory for shortlisted companies. Please see here for pricing details. To be eligible, your presence is compulsory, and it provides an opportunity to celebrate, network, and contribute to the community atmosphere of the event.
