Nan Russell is the Director of Advisory Services for EMEA, delivering Experience Management - specifically CX+EX programmes designed to help organisations understand their customers’ and employees' experiences and drive strategic and operational improvements globally. She has 25 years of experience in global research design, methodology, and analysis that drives strategic insight and action, including 15 years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting multinational, multichannel CX programs in 128 countries and in 40 languages. Nan has extensive experience in both B2C and B2B XM design and delivery in financial services, retail, telecoms, and the travel/hospitality industries. Based in London for the past 16 years, Nan designed and implemented the first CX programmes ever launched in China, Russia, Japan and Brazil.
