Jagrit Malhotra is the Managing Director for Customer Experience and Contact Center at Qualtrics in EMEA, leading our go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the region. With over 25 years’ experience in customer experience, analytics and social media management, Jagrit has played leadership roles spanning business development, consulting services, sales and strategic planning at companies like MicroStrategy, Lunexa, Teradata and Clarabridge. Jagrit started his career at MicroStrategy, a leader in business intelligence software, in 1997 and spent 9 years there in different consulting and account management roles. In 2006, Jagrit co-founded Lunexa, an analytics consulting company based in San Francisco. By 2013, Lunexa had grown to 100+ team members and was acquired by Teradata, a leader in big data. At Teradata, Jagrit was Managing Partner of the Claraview business unit. In 2017, Jagrit joined Clarabridge, a provider of customer experience and social media software, and moved from San Francisco to London. At Clarabridge, Jagrit had responsibility for the customer experience business in EMEA and global responsibility for the social media solution. In late 2021, Clarabridge was acquired by Qualtrics, the global leader in experience management (XM).
