Ciaragh Hubert is Director of Accessibility at The Open University. She is leading the strategic direction to ensure that accessibility is built in from the start of everything that happens across the university. Before moving into Higher Education, Ciaragh spent 20 years in the retail sector with brands such as John Lewis, Argos, Homebase, and Sainsbury’s. She started her retail career on the shop floor, on the John Lewis Graduate Scheme, and has worked across a wide breadth of areas including Supply Chain, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Customer Experience.
