Yannick is the Director of Corporate Loyalty at Kempinski Hotels, overseeing every facet of guest loyalty, from operational execution and member quality management to program delivery, member acquisition and training.

He played a pivotal role as Project Lead in the successful global rollout of the enhanced KEMPINSKI DISCOVERY loyalty program in 2021. Yannick’s career trajectory is remarkable, rising from a Front Office Agent to Corporate Director in just eight years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep passion for guest experiences.

His notable achievements include being the runner-up for the Young Hotelier Award Austria in 2018 and receiving Kempinski Hotels’ ‘Game Changer’ award in 2019. With his in-depth understanding of both frontline operations and strategic loyalty development, Yannick is dedicated to creating innovative, personalised experiences that enhance customer engagement and loyalty for Kempinski Hotels.
