Olga Kovhsanova brings a wealth of experience from her journey not only through different departments of hotel operations, including her tenure as a General Manager of a boutique property but also Destination Management Company in South East Asia and bedbank such as Hotelbeds Currently, she holds the position of Global Director Digital Sales for Minor Hotels at the group's head office. Minor Hotels is a renowned global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts, and residences in 56 countries.
Before her promotion to the role of Global Director Digital Sales in April of this year, Olga has been driving the success of both the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty program and partner marketing campaigns, alongside spearheading numerous projects within the B2B Digital Sales domain. Notably, she led cross-functional teams to successfully launch Discovery 2.0, resulting in a remarkable 122% increase in total revenue from loyalty members in 2022 compared to the previous year, and a 25% cross-brand revenue share from GHA's total cross revenue. Her innovative approach also saw Minor becoming the first brand within GHA to initiate and execute several brand promotional D$ campaigns. Olga conceptualized sales, legal, operational and financial aspects of Minor Booker Incentive program and executed its activation.
On B2B Digital side Olga headed and successfully completed Anantara Journeys Portal program for luxury travel agents. Olga oversees all corporate and MICE platforms such as Lanyon, G-leads and Cvent and brand.com meeting pages as well as operational and financial aspect of managing Corporate Accounts and TMCs. She entirely designed, built and rolled out B2B CRM for sales activities that is effectively used by all GSOs.
