Irina recently joined Citizens Bank as their SVP CX Research & Analytics. She has been in financial services for over a decade, leading various functions including Customer Experience, Data Management, Data Governance, Operational Analytics, and Workforce Management . She has extensive experience in data and analytics, having started her career in pharmaceutical consulting. Irina is originally from Bangladesh, and has lived in North America for most of her adult life. She has a Bachelors in Economics and an MSc. in Agricultural & Natural Resource economics. During her personal time, she enjoys working out, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and 2 kids.
