Executive Director Head of Transformation, Client Experience UBS Wealth Management USA

In his 20 years with UBS, Manesh Bhatia has held several leadership, transformation, simplification and efficiency roles across the firm including Global Wealth Management, Asset Management in addition to several Group functions. He is currently an Executive Director in GWM US COO, serving as the Head of Transformation – Client Experience WM USA. In this role, Manesh leads a team focused on transforming the Service Experience, making it easier to do business so our Advisors can spend more time with Clients. Manesh’s previous roles at UBS include Head of Change and Program Management – WM US COO, Head of Program Management for Asset Management Business Transformation Office, Head of Global Workforce Strategy for CDIO and Head of Vendor Transformation Office for Wealth Management US Technology. Manesh has also partnered with HR in driving Leadership Development events including Career Mobility engagement for UBS teams, in addition to speaking at welcome events for new joiners at all levels across the organization. Prior to joining UBS, he held a senior consultant position in a Big 5 Management consulting firm. Manesh served two years on the UBS Group People Board, serving as program lead to help drive employee engagement and enablement topics. Manesh is an avid traveler as well as into adventure sports including skydiving. Education Manesh holds a 2 Masters Degrees from The London School of Economics and Syracuse University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of London.
