Dr. Ricky Chau is Chief Strategy & Customer Officer at CBC Tech based in Hong Kong. In his role, he is responsible for driving CBC Tech’s corporate strategy and transformation, and leading the enterprise business, project management and customer success. Ricky has over 20 years of experience in telecom and tech industries with extensive business acumen in Asia Pacific. Prior joining CBC Tech, Ricky served as Vice President of enterprise business for Asia Pacific & Japan. Prior to this role, he led the Asia Pacific business for Global Crossing and Level 3 Communications. Ricky serves at advisory council of Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), he is a member of ITW Global Leadership Forum (GLF). In addition, he serves as a mentor at Hong Kong Cyberport to the start-ups of Cyberport incubation program. Ricky earned his doctoral degree in business administration at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds an EMBA degree from the University of Ottawa in Canada.
